- From idea generation to product execution to portfolio analysis to pre-expiry notification, the goal is to provide our clients a complete advisory package in investment products
- Adhere to sales budget while acting as the first-line of defense to ensure sales activities are carried out according to regulations and internal guidelines in a 100% compliant way
- Proactively steer communications with internal teams, e.g. Trading, Structuring, Back Office, to secure continuous support to deliver industry-leading services to Clients
- Deepen relations with existing clients, as well as acquisition of new clients from your own network and cold calling
- To grow and manage the advisory & Distribution team in Hong Kong
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin will be a big plus
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structured/derivative products sell-side advisory, or combined 10 years of experience between buy and sell-side institutions, in Asia
- Minimum 3 years of Team Leader experience
- Can show and demonstrate commitment to join and build up a targeted Business
