- Support the team in the management of HNW and UHNW Swiss Resident Clients,
- Insure the client Service continuity on a Daily Basis (direct clients contacts, based on long term relationships),
- Assist the Relationship Managers in the organization of the client meetings,
- Strong collaboration and Interaction with Team Members,
- Independent administrative management of client accounts, deadlines, KYC, client journal,
- Various administrative tasks (account openings/closings documents, deal with fees and commissions)
- Previous successful experience in a similar position within the banking industry (min. 10 years),
- Effective communication skills with an innate ability and strong interest for a high level client service,
- Strong organizational skills, team player able to work under pressure,
- Curious, flexible, and highly motivated, good understanding of financial products and markets,
- Up to date experience with IT Financial tools,
- Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German would be an asset,
- Swiss or valid work permit.
