Account Manager

For our “Multi Issuer Platform”, in the Account Management team we are now looking for a proactive, individual with financial market experience as well as flair for a compelling client care.
 

In the role of Account Manager, you will provide support for banks and External Asset Managers from the German-speaking and French-speaking parts of Switzerland. You will face the following challenges:

  • Proactive support for the discerning client base (Relationship Managers and Investment Centers)
  • Intensive personal contact with the users, always mindful of creative and convincing approaches
  • Responsibility for sales success and client satisfaction
  • Reinforcement of client loyalty and establishment and development of new client relationships
  • Independent development and implementation of innovative measures for increasing client satisfaction and interaction
  • Planning and implementing attractive client training courses
  • Clarification and coordination of client enquiries regarding the trading platform
  • Cooperation in projects to develop the platform further

 

In addition to great motivation to play a part in a growing division, you possess the following qualifications and knowledge:

  • Completed business-related degree and relevant further training desired (CFA, AZEK, or similar)
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in the area of finance or investments with clear, results-related Performance
  • Experience in the area of structured products and/or a strong interest in developing this further
  • Client-oriented, communicative, enthusiastic and inspiring personality with an engaging demeanour and a well “Fintech-thinking”
  • High levels of motivation, commitment and an ability to work under pressure
